Looks like some good stuff is happening up there! Makes me miss you all... I'll admit, though, your last few posts have made me NOT miss being a homeowner. :) Thanks for that 'cause sometimes in this congested place we're living the crazy thought "if only..." pops into my head. Labor is right and all that insurance nonsense, I'll happily pass for now. :)
