She is really starting to grow on me. I never thought I would say that. But I now have a kitchen that is organized......well it is better than its ever been and I'm loving it. She is teaching me that I really can do a lot with just a few minutes. I always thought I needed a huge chunk of time to be able to accomplish anything and see big results. At least that is what my excuse was. But I've learned otherwise. Progress is being made and it has given me a new lease on life.
Thanks Pandora............I might just have to name a dog after you!
Since the idea of naming a granddaughter after you is out :-)

July 29, 2001
While visiting with Pandora yesterday I found a piece of paper dated July 29, 2001, with my testimony on it. I'm not sure where it had been, I literally just found it on the floor upstairs, peeking out from under the table. But when you read it you will see who placed it there.
My Testimony:
"I know as sure as I am that nothing happens in life save it is through our Heavenly Father. I know that all we have is through Him. I know that the experiences He places in our life is for our growth and betterment. I know that situations that come up in our life are placed there by Him. I know that all our experiences are experiences that He too has experienced. I know that I am who I am because of the gospel in my life."
I believe today I needed that reminder.

The Chronicles of Pandora
As I mentioned earlier, Pandora arrived the week between Christmas and New Year. It was not an unexpected visit or unwelcome visit (well maybe a little) although I must admit at times she does overwhelm me. I hadn't expected her to stay so long but now that she is here we are coming to terms with each other. I've learned that I can't fight her because if I do she will just open another box. So if you can't beat them join them, that's what I say. I've discovered too that her way may not be so bad after all. She really does want to help me. I've found that if I'm patient with her she in turn is patient with me. Along the way I found this great website that is helping me get better organized as well.
She really isn't so bad.........I believe I will ask that my next granddaughter be named after her!

Words Words Words
It is no secret there are some words I love more than others. My current word is "believe." I'm not sure what prompted my focus on believe but lately it just seems like there needs to be more "believe" going on.
Recently, I came across the blog Good News. The idea of instead of a New Year's resolution maybe we could have a "word resolution." A word resolution is right up my alley.
Kimberly has joined the word resolution.
I believe this is one resolution that won't be hard to keep!
