I Love it Because

For the past three years we have hosted a Fourth of July breakfast. We serve up pancakes, little smokies, fresh fruit, orange juice and milk. We hold it in our front yard/garage area. We love doing this for a number of reasons.  Some of the reasons are (in no particular order):

1. Chance to share a meal with wonderful friends;
2.  The opportunity to meet new friends;
3. To honor this great country we live it;
4. It brings together those we care about;
5. I clean my house because of it!

Thank you to all who came this year! We had great time and hope you did too! We are looking forward to next year already.

The day of course wouldn't be complete without the opportunity to watch a wonderful fireworks display.  So later in the day we headed down to Calistoga with friends for dinner at Buster's, then over to the fair for an evening of fun!
