My mornings are so rushed. When you have an hour plus commute
(depending on traffic or road construction or whatever) something in the morning has to give. And that something is usually breakfast because if I can squeeze 10 extra minutes of sleep, the sleep always wins. Hands down. I don't leave the house on an empty stomach. My breakfast is usually a piece of toast. So by mid morning I'm usually a bit on the hungry side. So lately this is what I turn to. And I just love it. Greek yogurt with honey. Sometimes I throw in a handful of granola. So yummy. So thick. So tasty. So Simple. Plus it hits the spot; and bonus, it is good for you!
