a serious favorite here, too! you say big hunk, I say candy!!! Shhh...don't tell my husband but that is the first thing that pops into my brain whenever I hear the word hunk. He'd be crushed. :-) I tried going super cost effective once (actually, I was just plain desperate to curb a craving) and tried my hand at replicating the delicious nougat....just ended up with a giant corn syrupy mess. nothing like the original!
