I love warnings. I especially love them when I heed them. Case in point. Whenever I’m driving down the road and an oncoming car flashes their lights at me I know, I just know they are warning me to slow down. Sometimes it is hard to drive slow in the blue car, it just wants to go fast so I let it. But when I’m flashed the brakes do what they are supposed to do and together we slow down. This saves me from lots of tickets I just know. I wonder sometimes if there is a sign that pops up on the blue car that says, “Please warn her if there is an officer ahead!” Flashing lights........that is one warning I never dismiss.
