Naps

Prior to our empty nester days, I made sure each Sunday had a nap in it.  Over the years that tradition or necessity has kind of gone to the wayside.  Truth be told I believe I need it as much now as I did then.  But for whatever reason I don't make time for it.  As mentioned before sometimes sleep gets the short end of the stick in my world. In this year of 2011, I'm going to bring back the Sunday nap; after all it is the day of rest.
